#1 Do you Notice your mind becoming anxious for no reason?
Solution: Disrupt negative worries fears and doubts by taking a big yawn and stretch for 10 seconds…You will Notice how a yawn interrupts your thoughts and feelings.
#2 Does your anxiety have you overthinking?
Solution: Be kind to your mindfulness. Stop letting your mind tell you what you cannot do. Say I will…. I am… I can …
#3 Anxiety have you feeling like “blah”?
Solution: Just ask yourself this question: What is my deep burning aspiration for my life? Pause for about 20 seconds. Do this a second or third time and write down what comes to your mind.
After you write down your aspiration, read it every day until it becomes your new thought.
